This not only helps streamline the boarding process but also ensures a smoother experience for everyone involved.

Gender equality is another key focus of the Aviation Industry. I’ve noticed a balanced representation of both male and female leaders in decision-making roles. This diversity promotes a collaborative atmosphere where decisions are made collectively by a small group and then communicated transparently across the organisation. It’s a blend of individualism and collectivism that reflects our commitment to fairness and inclusivity.”
